Bryan Alton - Chairman
Bryan has spent his career in the technology sector in key leadership positions at some of the Ireland's most successful companies. He is renowned for his outstanding strategic abilities, strong operational focus and deep technical insight. Bryan was a founder and director of Eurisix, a 150 strong company that developed world class software solutions for telecommunications. Euristix was acquired by FORE Systems in 1999.
Pat Stuart - Director
Pat has over 20 years experience in the software development industry including 10 years at executive leadership level. He is currently an investor in a number of key technology start-ups including Amartus. Pat has had experience of being CEO at Headway Software, a software development tools provider, and at Corvil Networks, a telecommunications software company, both based in Dublin. From 1991 to 1999 Pat was a board member and VP Engineering at Euristix, a telecommunications software product and services solution provider. Euristix was sold to FORE Systems in February 1999. Prior to this Pat held a variety of roles at DCA (Ireland), Westinghouse (Ireland) and Philips (Netherlands). Pat holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science (1990) and an MBA (1998).
Dr Jim Mountjoy - Investor
Dr Mountjoy is a well-known and respected figure in the international software industry. Best known for founding Irish software firm Euristix, Dr Mountjoy was also a co-founder of Baltimore Technologies. As an innovative supplier of advanced network management solutions, Euristix, under Dr Mountjoy's leadership, became a market leader with a customer list including such blue chip companies as Cisco, Tellabs, Motorola, Alcatel, IBM and HP. Euristix was sold to FORE Systems in February 1999. Dr Mountjoy now brings his experience to a number of non-executive roles with high-tech companies and is also a Board member of Science Foundation Ireland.
